Comfortable house on an 1100 square meter plot, with a beautiful garden and spectacular panoramic views of the mountains and peaks of Monte Verde, featuring centuries-old araucaria trees, forests, birds, a large deck, and a winter garden amidst nature. The ideal place to relax and recover from the stress of daily life.
We are 4 km from the entrance to Monte Verde, a 5-minute drive. Our proximity to the main road makes this easy to reach.
We can accommodate up to 8 people!
With a dining room and American-style kitchen equipped with a stove, double-door refrigerator, 3 Corações coffee machine, barbecue grill, microwave, and other utensils (dinner/tea/coffee/cake set, wine glasses, fondue set, baking pans, blender, ovens, etc.), and a service area with a washing machine.
Three spacious bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a box spring bed, LED TV with many channels, DVD player, and one of them has a mezzanine and balcony.

Gas heating in the showers and heating in the bedrooms.
You may also have the opportunity to see squirrels and toucans in the araucaria trees and beautiful hummingbirds flying on the house's deck. Sometimes small monkeys appear.

The house was built on three floors, with much of it made of glass so that guests can constantly enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains and forests, with one bedroom per floor, thus providing complete privacy for those staying there.
