The space
Cozy off-grid house powered by solar energy (with a backup generator).
On days with storms, rain, or snow, you’ll need to turn on the backup generator to prevent the batteries from draining and to keep the house running (the host will show you how and is available for any questions or assistance).
Spacious rooms.
You’ll find all the necessary amenities: refrigerator, microwave, juicer, Italian coffee maker (fully equipped kitchen), washing machine, TV, hot water, etc.
A small pantry supply for your arrival: salt, sugar, spices, tea, coffee, herbs, and a welcome gift.
Wood-burning stove.
Wi-Fi - Netflix (On stormy days, internet service may be affected).
Workspace for your laptop, and a printer (scanner/copier) is available for your use.

Guest access
You have access to the entire property; you can barbecue, light the fire pit, go for a walk, and head down to the river.
Go hiking around the neighborhood.
Sunbathe in the summer with a delicious picnic and take a dip.
