The garden level apartment is walking distance to the city's best restaurants, cafes, nightlife and both Denver stadiums! Whether craving a gourmet dinner, cozy coffee shop, or a night on the town, you'll find it just steps away.
We are dedicated to making your stay unforgettable. We're happy to provide local recommendations & those looking to explore the wilderness of the Rockies may request gear for hiking, picnics, etc.
This garden-level apartment features a separate entry with secure key-code.
There is a full kitchenette complete with 2-burner stove, microwave, air fryer, coffee pot, tea pot, cookware and dishes. If you need something specific, don't hesitate to ask!
The bedroom features a King size bed with equally large closet.
The Living Room features an extensive couch with chaise lounge and Queen size pull out sleeper. The mounted TV swivels to view from both Bedroom and Living Room. The unit is downstairs, features plenty of natural light with windows on every wall, and features custom, local Denver artwork.

Everything was perfect! The host was very responsive and helped me with everything I needed during my stay. The location was perfect, I felt very safe.

It’s a small but good apt . I think it would be more comfortable in the summer. It can get a little chilly since it’s in a basement. Everything I needed in the kitchen, could use outlets by the bed , and a small light by the couch.. the over head lights are bright. Definitely good for a couple
