We made a last minute decision to breakup our trip from Pittsburgh to Asheville area. This place was as described, nice safe neighbor that we walked through at night with the dog. Fayetteville is a cute city with many choices of restaurants and breweries. Definitely want to visit again for longer.
The ice maker wasn't working and let the owner know. We didn't need it since it was quick overnight trip.

Just as the title suggests, the property was clean and cozy! Everything from the bathrooms, to the kitchen, to the bedroons were tidy and well kept. We very much enjoyed our stay here, after hiking and whitewater rafting the home provided a pleasant experience to rewind and relax.

We loved the location of this property. It’s in an extremely quiet neighborhood. But It’s just minutes from the New River Bridge and Smokey’s on the Gorge restaurant. Near many rafting centers. It’s also very close to some awesome hiking trailheads like the Kaymoor Miners Trail, Fayetteville Trail, and Butcher Branch Trail. House was clean with everything you need. Great communication with the owner!

Just perfect for our family of 6. Close to Ace Adventure Waterpark, New River Gorge National Park, downtown, and restaurants.
