About this apartment rental
New to the Luxury Beach Rentals, this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit on the 11th floor offers beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. This unit is the perfect getaway for up to six guests. This suite offers a comfortable and functional space with a king bed, a sleeper sofa and a double-size murphy bed. Other features include flat screen TVs and a galley-style kitchen with flat-top stove, sink, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, basic dish-ware and cookware and a full-size refrigerator.
The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

- Caribbean Resort is smoke-free. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in guest rooms, on balconies, or common areas around the property. Guests may smoke in the new smoking area located at the end of the Dominican building ground floor.
-7 night minimum from Sunday to Sunday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.
- A deposit is required to make a reservation and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
-No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

Everything was as described, and the king bed is a little uncomfortable but didn’t affect my stay. Cleanliness was top notch kudos to the cleaning staff.

No table on balcony which is pictured in the listing. Few maintenance issues that need fixed. Listing doesn't say which tower the condo is in so we had to stand in a long line to find out we were in the wrong building and beach access could be easier to get to. If you want to go to the beach before the pool area opens, you have to go all the way around and in the other building.
