There is a total of 3 individual suites. Each one has a private bathroom and a modern AC system. One of the suites also includes its own kitchenette, although the 3 suites have access to an external fully equipped kitchen with utensils, dishes, a stove, a fridge, a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and more! And just outside of it, a place for meals with a large umbrella for sunny days, having chairs, a long table, and an amazing view over the landscape.

There is also a proper of space for parking.

You can count with a unique view over Douro's river and mountains from all over the property, specially from the suites' windows. The propriety also presents a wonderful waterfall next to the main house which keeps running most of the year. Its proximity with the river allows guests to enjoy the natural fluvial beach as well as play some water sports and activities.

There plenty of activities in the area since exploring beautiful nature spots, enjoying water sports, and, of course, trying the local cuisine!

Two bedrooms have a couple of single beds together (Twin Room). A double sized bed (Double Room) is not guaranteed and, if required, it must be previously checked with the owner regarding its availability.
