Main bedroom has queen bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Second bedroom has double bed and shares bathroom with third bedroom which has two single beds. Second bathroom has bath and shower, separate toilet.
Kitchen is fully equipped, braai area on the patio and pool overlooking the dam.

Spacious 3 bedroom home in secure golf estate, stunning views, peaceful, quiet and relaxing environment.
Beautiful surroundings, private viewing deck with pool overlooking lake & mountain views. Ducks, geese & swan's on the lake an extra treat!

The club house is more formal with big screen for sports events and the boat club is relaxed with stunning view of the dam, kids play area and pool. Perfect for sundowners, relaxed long lunch or vibrant dinner with live music.

Entire house and pool, no access to garage. Ample parking available. Access to to Pecanwood Estate golf clubhouse, spa, tennis courts, resturant, boat club, etc.
