About this house rental
The home features three bedrooms. Two with queen beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. It has a very comfortable couch, and two recliners to relax in. There is a large Smart TV in the living room with wifi. Netflix included. Full kitchen, with everything you need. Including Keurig and regular coffee maker, toaster, microwave. Outdoor charcoal grill. One bathroom, with shower and bathtub. Washer and dryer on site. Back patio has porch swing and chairs to relax and enjoy the view. Outdoor fire pit recently added with chairs, wood privided! Spacious yard, with large shade trees.

We had a really great time! House was very clean with lots of amenities! Melanie is amazing and when the AC stopped working she dropped everything to get it fixed same day. We will 100% stay here again next time we go to Montauk!

Melanie and her husband were the best hosts that you could ask for. She provided snacks and coffee, even giving us extra of a flavor that we liked. The house was very comfortable and had a relaxing vibe. Sitting on the back porch drinking our morning coffee, listening to nature, watching the wildflowers sway in the breeze, and a little kitty friend to pet, if your lucky, was a perfect way to start each day.If I ever make it back, I will absolutely stay here again!

This was a great , spacious house and was perfect for my family this weekend. The house was very lcean, well decorated, comfortable beds and couch. All needs were anticipated and we were thankful to not need to run out for forgotten toothbrush or soap. We look forward to booking again at this property.
