I am excited to invite you to my professionally managed, beautifully decorated 1 bedroom apartment! Cosy and light, in a secure area, it is a great choice for families, friends and those on business trips.
Situated in the high-end area of Notting Hill, it provides you access to all the greatest things that London has to offer. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.
You have the best of both worlds – you can either explore this exciting part of London that lies on your doorstep or get some rest in my apartment.
- The apartment is situated on the ground floor.
- The lounge is classic and bright with stylish colourful details and a comfortable sofa.
- There is a beautiful dining space with seats for 2 guests and a lovely view over the neighbourhood.
- The open plan modern kitchen has all cooking utensils, pots, and pans supplied.
- The en-suite bedroom is cosy and light with storage space and fresh hotel quality linen on the double bed.
- The place is nice and warm during the cooler months thanks to efficient underfloor heating.
- There is an electric standing fan to stay cool the property in warmer months.
- In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries and a rainfall shower.
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £25 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check-out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
Strictly no parties or loud noise. A penalty of £1000 will be enforced if this rule is broken
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
