About this house rental
Welcome to our tropical modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom newly built home in Playa Venao. This house is made for indoor/ outdoor living with huge glass sliding doors connecting the living spaces to outdoor spaces. The pool, hot tub, large covered patio with BBQ, and lush landscaping will make you feel like you are in a private resort. The house is on the beach side of the main road, just a short walk to a very private and tranquil part of the beach on Playa Venao.
The space
This is a 2-story house, with the living and entertaining spaces on the first floor, and bedrooms and an additional lounge space on the second floor. Each bedroom has large windows with amazing views of the treetops and ocean, built-in closets and drawers, and new comfortable beds and linens. The bedrooms and downstairs spaces are all equipped with A/C and ceiling fans to keep you cool. The upstairs lounge has an extra bed and TV.
Guest access
Guests access the whole house including laundry room and large food pantry/ storage. Depositos will be locked for owners belongings.

Such a great experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and in an amazing location. The host was incredible—super responsive and always available to help. Made our stay easy and enjoyable. Would definitely come back!

Esteban was very prompt and a great host! House was nice with all the amenities needed. A close walk to beach and in a quieter area on the western end of the beach.
