About this apartment rental
This is an apartment in a very nice new building in San Jose! It has all the necessary amenities and services to enjoy an excellent stay. Above all, this apartment is in a perfect location in San José downtown, where all the attractions of the city are close to you.
The space
Complete apartment with all the necessary appliances and furniture to feel at home. It has the following spaces:
- Master bedroom with a delicious Queen bed, walking closet, and exit to the patio.
- TV room that can be used as a second room, as it has a peglabe bed that is hidden in the wall.
*** The TV doesn't have a standard signal or any streaming platform, it has an HDMI cable to connect a computer.
- Living room with sofa bed.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Large covered terrace to enjoy moments like talking, playing board games, and listening to music. It also has a sofa bed.
- Outdoor patio.
- Full bathroom with hot water.
- Washing and drying area.
You can also enjoy all the common areas that the building offers:
- Pool.
- Jacuzzi.
- Gym (with reservation).
- Multisport court.
- Lounge in the pool area.
- Playground for children.
Guest access
- To enter the apartment no key is needed, just enter a security code.
- The building has multiple elevators, stairs, and emergency exits.
- Access to the building is very simple, you only have to identify yourself with the security guard, who will be notified by us of the stay. You can enter through the main entrance, or through the visitor's parking lot.
- The building is well known in the city, and can be easily reached by any means of transport.
