We were very comfortable and the location was perfect. The unit was very clean. The Internet wasn't the strongest we've had and getting the TV to work wasn't easy. Thank You for letting us stay. We hope you find we left the property as we found it and you will allow us to come stay again sometime. Thank You!

The condo was clean and quiet with a great view. The kitchen was well equipped and we used the grill every night to cook dinner. The condo is within walking distance of the grocery store, the downtown and the river walk. Check-in was seamless.

It was great. This is our fourth time staying at this condos second time in number five. But first time with Evolve. They had hand soap at every sink and plenty of wash clothes and towels. The housekeeper texted us her name and phone number in case we needed anything. We met her when we arrived and she was very nice. We didn't need to call her because we had everything we needed. It was very clean when we got there.

The property was nice. My problems were living room. TV did not work. Internet did not work. No extra toilet paper. One roll per bathroom Had to Go to store and buy some
