About this apartment rental

North facing dwelling has floor to ceiling windows. the property holds a premier location at the front (one of four), ensuring privacy and uninterrupted water views.

The apartment has been fitted throughout with modern quality furnishings and appliances, selected for the property.

Spacious living room located on the ground floor with wood burner fireplace. Expansive private balcony with uninterrupted views of the Derwent River is an ideal place to relax and unwind.

The second level boasts a mezzanine area with a sofa bed. Bathroom has a walk-in-shower with monsoon shower head and floor to ceiling white subway tiles. Both bedrooms have queen beds, high quality mattresses, feather duvets, pillows and high quality linens.

Lower Sandy Bay boasts an enclave of award winning restaurants, local butcher, doctor, pharmacy and local grocer. This area also has the benefit of connected beach - Nutgrove and Long Beach.

Very clean and tidy. Close to Hobart CBD - bus right outside. Great communication with host. Our Sunday flight back to the GC was cancelled due to TC Alfred and the host organised a special compassionate rate for the extended stay. Loved our stay.

A lovely, elegant apartment in a wonderful neighborhood and location. Spectacular views abound. The apartment is extremely well designed and well equipped. Our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and so very enjoyable.

We really loved this apartment. Light, well appointed, good views, clean and tidy. Just like the online listing. The host was very responsive and helpful. We were there for a regatta out of Sandy Bay Sailing Club which was an easy 5 minute walk away. Local grocer and a couple of cafes close by. 10 min drive into CBD or easy bus if you don’t have transport. We could park our RAV4 on the drive outside the garage. Street parking also available. Thank you for hosting us Tanya.It’s on our list for great stays!
