Welcome to this charming and spacious one-bedroom apartment in Stockwell.
The open-plan living room and kitchen, complete with a balcony, provide a delightful space to relax and unwind while enjoying your favorite shows on Netflix, Prime, and the ability to rewind, forward and record your favourite shows on the Sky box.
The separate good-sized bedroom offers a king-sized bed, wardrobe, and dressing area for your comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, hob, oven and coffee machine ensuring a convenient stay.
The bathroom features a bath and shower, along with a new toilet and fittings. Plus, the apartment has a large wardrobe for your belongings.
The block also offers a small communal garden, a lift, and secure recycling and waste bin facilities.
Explore the nearby Larkhall Park, supermarkets, and cafes, or immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of 'Little Portugal' with its lovely Portuguese shops and restaurants.
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
- I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
- Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please get in touch with me.
- I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
- While I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
- Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
- Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
- Unauthorized late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.
- Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500. Guests are allowed to smoke on the balcony.

This apartment is clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is tastefully decorated and is as pretty as shown in the photos.
There is a balcony you can relax on, and food and drink are within walking distance. Check-in required stopping at a nearby, small market to pick up the keys, and checkout required the same, so plan accordingly when you are arriving/leaving with luggage.
We would gladly stay here again!
