Rooms were clean, great communication including community rules to make sure the experience was good for everyone. We enjoyed the stay, including the pool which wasn’t too cold for spring. We appreciated the peaceful and relaxing environment. Thanks for the great stay!

Thank you Hodi for giving me and my family a wonderful home to stay as we visited my sister. It was fun and my niece and nephew loved the games and the pool (it was hard to keep them out of it). Overall, I’d say that the home is cozy, clean and is located in a good area. To future guests: whoever has the master bedroom, you’ll have the best room in the house. Enjoy!

The host was very kind, responsive, and made a genuine effort to address concerns during our stay, which we truly appreciated.The location was convenient, and the home sits on a cul-de-sac, which initially suggested a quieter setting. However, there is a nearby busy road, and we did notice some traffic noise.Unfortunately, the home itself did not fully meet expectations in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and accuracy compared to the listing. We encountered several issues upon arrival, including the condition of the pool and outdoor areas, items missing or different from the photos, and various maintenance concerns throughout the home. The host did respond and try to help address these issues during our stay, which we appreciated, but the property did not feel fully prepared at check-in and it impacted our overall experience.With additional attention to upkeep, cleaning, maintenance, and ensuring the listing reflects the current condition, this could be a much improved experience for future guests. We appreciated the host’s kindness and willingness to help throughout our stay.
