Great house to stay over the weekend lots of space and fun games to play inside with big groups. Pool was also another great thing very refreshing. Strip was only about a 10-15 min drive Worked out great. Other than that everything else was great lots of towels and other essentials making it easy for people who pack light. Also easy access to house and lots of parking. Amazing host btw, I 100% recommend your next stay here.

Pros:-Not a speck of dust ANYWHERE... house was SUPER clean...which was amazing. I think I saw some dust on one of the upstairs ceiling AC intakes\returns-Beautiful Pool-VERY quiet Cul-de-sac... neighborhood was a bit noisy with neighborhood kids...but they were playing... outside of that, very quiet.-WE felt safe.-Property was about 2-3 miles away from the strip. Wonderful view in the distance.-Very well stocked with kitchen ware and pots and pans.-Owner\Manager was excellent in all communication. Very fast in all of their responses, whether it was at night or in the morning.-Whenever we needed anything, owner was super fast in responding and meeting the "need".-Beautiful master bedroom shower...-Lots of beds (we did not need them all).-LOTS of Amenities including a PS5 for the kids to play on.-We brought 5 kids, 15 year-old, 13 year-old, 10 year-old daughters and a 9 and 5 year-old sons. Everyone enjoyed the house.-The house felt "lived-in" in a "mostly" good way. We really felt like owners had up and left, lol, because it was so clean, but had so many amenities and extras.CONS:-Outdoor Hot Tub-Linen-Pool... -CarpetWOULD WE RENT AGAIN?-Yes... definitely, if the price and timing was right... OH YEAH!!!

The host was very kind, responsive, and made a genuine effort to address concerns during our stay, which we truly appreciated.The location was convenient, and the home sits on a cul-de-sac, which initially suggested a quieter setting. However, there is a nearby busy road, and we did notice some traffic noise.Unfortunately, the home itself did not fully meet expectations in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and accuracy compared to the listing. We encountered several issues upon arrival, including the condition of the pool and outdoor areas, items missing or different from the photos, and various maintenance concerns throughout the home. The host did respond and try to help address these issues during our stay, which we appreciated, but the property did not feel fully prepared at check-in and it impacted our overall experience.With additional attention to upkeep, cleaning, maintenance, and ensuring the listing reflects the current condition, this could be a much improved experience for future guests. We appreciated the host’s kindness and willingness to help throughout our stay.
