We had a lovely stay at this property. Everything in the house was well-maintained and clean. The children enjoyed the fully-stocked game room, as well as the pool. We would most definitely return to this house when we book our next family vacation

Our trip started with late communication regarding our check-in. We had a team staying together and the host did not send check-in information until right before check-in time. We didn't arrive until 2 hours after check-in only to find the cleaners were still there. After calling the number and arguing for 20 minutes with a call service that there was in fact cleaning people there they finally admitted that what we were seeing was in fact correct. It was after 8PM before we received access to the house. The cleaners said we could have a bottle of wine for our trouble. We explained this was a trip for a dance team and we did not not want the wine to be left. Our request was disregarded and the wine was left anyway. When I attempted to touch base with the owner they said their call service had already addressed our issue when nothing was done. I also never received any check out information. The house was nice and perfect for our team. It was unfortunate that there seemed to be a communication issue between the owners, management and renters.
