This modern style 2 bedroom condo is perfect for singles or couples, digital nomads and groups (inquire about the renting the entire 4 suite complex which is perfect for weddings, reunions or corporate retreats.).
This penthouse features a soaring Caribbean wood ceiling, luxe bedrooms and windows overlooking the harbour, gardens and plantation reserve lands. This unit and the property are very social media worthy but you may just forget all about the real world while laying out beside the pool on a lounger with a cool beverage in hand. You can also enjoy stunning views of the beautiful Spanish Waters from your oversize private balcony and we can assist you with booking a private chef to serve you dinner there or private massages while looking over the waters.

Unit is at street level and wheelchair friendly (Patio door tracks and one half step down to pool area offer uneven transitions, bathrooms are NOT fully wheelchair accessible). You will have access to your own private covered balcony. The railing on balcony is 30 inches high. Assigned parking for one car with ample street parking available.
We also have American (110v) and European (220v) plug outlets.
