My family (21 of us!) stayed at the property and had a wonderful time! The views are spectacular, both sides of the townhouse were clean and well stocked with linens, dishes, and everything we needed. The little care packages with toiletries were appreciated too! The elevator took a little getting used to, and needed to be reset by maintenance once (they were very responsive), but worked like a charm once we figured it out. The dishwasher on one side was broken, that was a little inconvenient, but we made it work and maintenance replaced it about halfway through the week. There were plenty of beach chairs, which was convenient! The decor is gorgeous on both sides also. I would absolutely rent here again, we made great memories! Thanks for sharing the home with us!

Nice house but we had issues with the pools and hot tubs. They were filthy and didn’t work.

Lovely Ft Meyers Beach location. Beautiful three-story homes directly on the beach. It slept 16 of us comfortably. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The Coastal Management Co was quick to respond to my calls for maintenance to reset the elevator, which did not work 50% of the time. The elevator had to be reset multiple times in order to accommodate family members who had difficulty navigating 3 flights of stairs. I appreciate Coastal Management Company’s professionalism in trying to resolve the issue.
