The house is in a great location. 12 minute drive to Disney's Animal Kingdom and 22 minute drive to Universal Orlando Resort. The house is also a 7 minute drive to the newly developed Sunset Walk with plenty of good places to eat and good entertainment. There is a Walmart Supercenter and a Publix supermarket 8 minutes away for all your grocery needs.

Relax on the outdoor private jetted hot tub after a day of walking in the parks with a nice view of a natural reserve. The House is perfectly situated within the Paradise Palms community. It is on a side street away from the noise of Paradise Palms with no neighbors on the back of the house.
