This beautiful property has it all. Of course the view is outstanding but the location and amenities of the property were more than expected. The house if very spacious, and each room is decorated with every detail in mind. The kitchen has everything you need and then some, bathrooms and bedrooms stocked with quality linens, towels and toiletries. The location is a very short walk to La Jolla proper where you have many restaurants and activities. It was a fabulous stay for our group of 10 adults. I would love to book this again.

My husband and I traveled to La Jolla with our two grown sons and their wives, a new grandbaby, and my mother-in-law. Before booking a home, we wanted a home with ocean views, a pool and hot tub, and enough living areas to spread out. This home not only checked off all the boxes it exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Having access to two washer/dryers was wonderful. Lastly, the views were amazing. This home is simply the best VRBO we have stayed at. Cheryl was wonderful to work with and the check-in process went smoothly. I would highly recommend this house to friends and family.

My husband and I took our 3 adult children, spouses and grandchildren to La Jolla for vacation. This house was perfect. The two family rooms and outdoor seating allowed enough space for everyone. Each bedroom was a master suite with bathroom, allowing everyone privacy and place to go to get away. The kitchen was stocked and the large dinning room table allowed us to eat meals together. The communication prior to checking in and while on site was amazing. Everyone was responsive, professional and knowledgeable. The pool was not heated, however they have a cover that we left on while not in use and at night the water temp for us was 79 degrees (our visit was at the beginning of June so we had cool evenings). The location is outstanding! There is a trail outside the front door that allows you to walk to fun places and dinners. The views from this home are spectacular! I highly recommend this home for your stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much. Each morning was lovely and therapeutic listening to the ocean waves and enjoying the view. We loved the easy walk to downtown each day. This property is destined to be one of our favorites! Our family stayed here over Christmas and had an excellent experience. The pool and hot tub were great, the views are incredible and despite its central location there was a good deal of privacy. We spent a lot of time admiring the view and were able to see seagulls, cormorants, a hawk, seals and killer whales (a rarity) from the living room and patio overlooking La Jolla Bay. We also enjoyed excursions on the Coastal Walk, playing tennis at the very-welcoming La Jolla Tennis Club and exploring La Jolla Village. Making our meal planning easy was the 4-minute drive to the grocery store and other locations. I can't recommend this property highly enough. Very luxurious with lots of open space, great amenities and indoor/outdoor space. A great way to experience La Jolla!

We had a terrific stay here. It was a multigenerational group and the layout of the home worked so well with kitchen/dining room on one side and bedrooms on another. There was plenty of space to spread out and everyone was comfortable. We all slept great and remarked on how comfy the beds are! And you can’t beat the views and location. We found ourselves mesmerized by the ocean and sat in the comfy couches by the windows with binoculars (provided!) in hand. The hike to LaJolla was perfect too. It took us about 10mins to get to town and it was just a beautiful stroll. Thanks for hosting and sharing your amazing home with us.

This home was exactly as pictured. Incredibly beautiful and clean. Property manager was kind and attentive. Pool was cleaned and warm (we paid for pool heating), and those views!! Great location; it was so great to just walk across the street and hop on the coast walk trail. A quick 7 minute walk to downtown La Jolla/La Jolla cove. Wish we never had to leave.

The house was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. The living room overlooking the ocean was amazing place to hang out. It was nice that the bedrooms were in the back of the house, so if some guests wanted to sleep in they would not hear the early risers.

Difficult to conjure words that accurately describe the bliss provided by this wonderful home. It has an amazing view of the ocean that is truly unique and also is within walking distance to areas such as the Children’s Pool and Seal Rock as well as the shops and restaurants of La Jolla. The home itself is spectacular with a great layout for a wonderful family vacation. Great indoor/outdoor space, a lovely pool and Jacuzzi. Management team was responsive friendly. Everything depicted on website is true and accurate. As noted in other reviews guests do not have access to the master suite nor the garage. One can comfortably park two cars in driveway. For overflow there is plentiful street parking nearby. Home is fully stocked with kitchenware and amenities. We would gladly stay here again as it is truly a unique property.

Amazing Home. Amazing Views. Amazing Location. Daily walks along the path that’s right outside the door to visit the sea lions which are great entertainment. Great restaurants and shopping just minutes away in both directions. The best thing about this home is that you really don’t need to leave very often….everything you need is right there. The views are stunning morning, noon and night. We will definitely be visiting again soon:-)

This house is absolutely stunning and the views are even better. The home is situated perfectly between the beach and shops near La Jolla Shores Park and the Village of La Jolla. Everything is walkable and either way you walk there are awesome shops, restaurants and beautiful, unique beaches. The house has a great layout with two huge living rooms and a great kitchen. The living room and patio have stunning views of the ocean. The rooms are spacious and the pool and hot tub were perfect for our family. This place is the perfect La Jolla vacation destination!!!!!

We came to this idyllic property for spring break with 4 adults and 4 tween girls. Everything (except the overcast weather) was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked, the views were extraordinary, and the pool was beautiful. The property managers were responsive, kind, and hospitable. The best part was how walkable everything was. This house is perfectly situated between La Jolla shores and the cove, and a beautiful coast walk to both. We will be back!

Celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with family of 10. It was fabulous in every way. The location is ideal with only a short walk to La Jolla village and panoramic view of the coastline. The kitchen was extremely well provisioned. I loved the gas grill. Everyone thought the mattresses were great. The entire family enjoyed the pool and hot tub, with the ocean in the background.

My best friend and I wanted a long weekend in a beautiful location to relax with our husbands and grown children and forget about work! This home was perfect. A magnificent view from multiple places and spaces while curling up with a book or good conversation and a glass of champagne! A short walk into the village was easy for lunch or dinner - and even a visit to the newly renovated museum of contemporary art. A well-stocked kitchen (even a tea kettle), comfortable rooms, pool and cared for landscape were delightful. Wake up, throw open all the doors and enjoy the soft sound of the ocean below while your coffee brews. This vacation was just what we hoped it would be - can’t wait to return!

First impressions are that this is a beautiful, luxury, quality home with lovely coastal views. We enjoyed our stay after we became acquainted with all the property offered. A well stocked kitchen, (although we could have used a pancake griddle.) Sleeping arrangements for 10 (although the master bedroom downstairs is private only) Plenty of bathroom supplies (although more hand and bath towels) would have been nice. The water was hot and plentiful. The beds comfortable and rooms were well situated with their own bathrooms. The coastal views were beautiful and entertaining with kayakers, swimmers, sea gulls and pelicans. Thank you for the binoculars that was a nice touch. The stairs and steps to the coast were not useful to us as we had a 2 year old and had to carry the 8 month old. Not good travel with baby stroller etc. and the steep dangerous cliff. We felt a little isolated from the beach and were not excited about that. I thought we would be on the beach every day - not once did we attempt the trek with grandchildren. No worries we used the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet and private. Parking is very limited and the driveway steep and a bit of a nightmare. Three cars only and thankfully my husband is handy maneuvering to make them all fit. My son's truck would not fit and we had to find alternative parking offsite. It would have been nice to have had use of one garage stall. If the house accommodates 10 people and they arrive in multiple vehicles then where are they all to go? Overall we had a very good trip and thank you for offering your beautiful home so folks can visit a new area. I don't think I would come again because the family would like to see more of the beach and waves up close.

We walked to downtown La Jolla every morning and to the beach as well. The road near the house is busy; but that is only a concern for driving, which isn’t needed to reach town or the beach.

The house was beautiful and in a perfect location. We enjoyed sitting in the living room watching the waves and taking the trail for the 5-minute walk to town, shops and restaurants. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and had the pool heated as well. We had a great week and look forward to coming back.

The home was such a beautiful and special place to be together as a family after going through the pandemic. We were so surprised at just how gorgeous the whole property was with all its spectacular views. It had everything that we needed, was furnished and decorated so beautifully, and was comfortable and cozy. We loved the convenience of the Coastal Walkway for taking walks and for easy access to the restaurants and shopping. We spent every morning with our coffee out in the yard looking out at the ocean and taking in the magnificent views. We had our grandchildren with us (two young children and two babies) so we really loved that we had a swimming pool and jacuzzi right out the back door. The kids loved the pool and we spent many hours outside. We did plenty of bird watching too. Several photographers were camped out every day watching some young falcons perched on a nearby cliff. It was a wonderful vacation and other than the weight gain that we all experienced from many delicious meals, we had the perfect vacation. We would enjoy renting this property again in the future. Thank you to the owners for sharing their lovely home with us.

A gorgeous home in a spectacular setting. The owner was so gracious - we had two special requests that were both granted. A perfect setting for a reunion of 4 sisters and 4 spouses. Met all our needs and more. We love to cook - the kitchen could not have been better stocked. The view from the yard is wonderful - spent most of the day watching hikers, swimmers, birds and other critters. Very easy walk into town for coffee and restaurants. Would love to come back for a longer stay next time.

The property is well maintained and absolutely beautiful. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The view is wonderful, very clean, and it was nicely stocked with items you need. That is much appreciated. So many times I have had to get salt and pepper or sugar when renting a house. This house is so accomodating, it was a treat to stay there. However, it is on a very busy street that is challenging to get in and out of with so much traffic. This house sits on a dead-end street and unfortunately, people use it as a parking lot for the footpath. We were blocked in or out a number of times. Also, it is just above a footpath that is constantly filled with walkers and runners. We even had a drone that was very intrusive. I think that is just the area. The house is perfect but, the entire area is overcrowded.
