A single fold-out sofa bed for a child can be made available on request for an additional linen service fee.

The house was nice, but being run by a real estate agent the price of the accommodation is over inflated so the real estate get their cut and the owners get their cut, but the recipient gets stuck with the high price and not much to show.
Too many cleaning rules with fees attached if not followed, steep bond to pay.
The houses next door were dumps which bought the appeal down.
