`Yes Deer` provides a relaxing cabin retreat that is just a short drive from all of the area attractions! This rustic, one-bedroom cabin provides all of the comforts you need for your home away from home. There is also a private outdoor space with a deck, firepit and plenty of seating! Enjoy the quiet serenity of a cabin in the country, while being close to shops, restaurants, breweries, wineries, museums and much, much more!

Yes Deer is perfectly designed for a romantic weekend away or a relaxing family vacation! The living room has comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and windows that showcase the wooded views. The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a full-sized refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The cabin has one bedroom -- but also includes a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the main living room and a twin bed area in the loft (perfect for kids!). The cabin has a full bathroom with stand-in shower.
Outside, you`ll love spending time in the private space enjoying the fresh air. There is a picnic table and extra seating around the firepit in the privacy of your yard. It is a great place to relax after a long day of adventure. There is also seating on the front porch to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. A BBQ grill is also available to take advantage of a cookout!

Our location offers the best of both worlds; enjoy the beauty and serenity of nature while taking advantage of local restaurants, attractions, and shopping. For those looking for outdoor activities, there are plenty of nearby hiking trails and sightseeing opportunities.

* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* No open flames of any kind -- including candles.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* Firewood is not provided but is available at most stores in the area.
* The house is located on a large property spanning over 50+ acres. There are a few other rentals on the property and each share the same driveway.
* We do provide pest control at the property. However, it is located in a wooded area surrounded by many types of wildlife. This includes bugs and insects such as flies, mosquitoes, ladybugs, stinkbugs, bees, etc. We do not offer refunds for bugs being onsite.
* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
** This property has two outside security cameras facing the driveway and exterior.
There is a strict no-smoking policy inisde the cabin. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little cabin. It was very peaceful and quiet. There were deer and rabbits out every morning and evening. The front porch is nice for just sitting and watching nature, and there is a charcoal grill out front if you want to cook outsideThe cabin is just as described. It has a microwave, a double burner cook top, a toaster oven, and a full size refrigerator. You may want to bring a bag of ice since there are only a couple of ice trays.The bed is cozy. The bedding is lightweight, so bring a blanket if you are used to heavy bed covering.This is not a complaint - just a heads up. The shower is small with a shower curtain all the way around. If you want to shave, you need good balance or maybe just plan to go "au naturel" for the length of your stay.The only small issue we had was that the wifi was inconsistent. It would work, but cut in and out.The cabin is in a good location. It's close lose to a marina on Percy Priest Lake for those who might want to fish. The town of Mt. Juliet is also close, and it has lots of stores and food options. Nashville is about 30 minutes away.We really enjoyed our visit.

My only critique is that the shower could be a bit bigger. As 6ft man it was difficult to wash in. Love the idea but it could be a bit wider to make it easier to maneuver in. Otherwise great stay.

Check in was easy. The host was gracious and easy to communicate with. On the positive side, the cabin is a great & just what we needed for our 2 night stay. On the negative side, the toilet didn’t flush well & had to be plunged every other flush. The TV remote didn’t work & the WiFi wasn’t available under the name which was designated in the email.
