This fabulous two bedroom, two bathroom unit offers 2,097 square feet of living area, plus an additional 450 square feet of outdoor living space on the wrap around balcony, complete with built-in Jenn-Air outdoor grill, seating for 8 and beautiful Intracoastal waterway and sunset views.
NO HURRICANE DAMAGE: The fabulous oceanfront amenities , including heated pool, hot tub, sun deck, fire pit and direct beach access, of this beautiful oceanfront building are open and available for your use! .

Entire 2097 sq ft luxury 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath condo, plus 450 sq ft wrap-around balcony, featuring an electric Jenn Aire grill and panoramic western facing views of the Intracoastal waterway, magnificent sunsets and nautical lights at night on Veterans Memorial Bridge. There is NO OCEAN VIEW from this condo unit, however you have access to and use of a direct oceanfront balcony, complete with tables and chairs, on the oceanfront side of the club room.

with all furnishings and accessories.
• Large gourmet kitchen, featuring large center island with sink, granite

and balcony access.
• Large master bath with dual head shower, garden tub, dual sinks and
vanities, separate water closet and LED HDTV.

Guests must be at least 26 years of age to book. Guests under 26 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the stay.
Parking: passes are included for "gated" garage on premises parking-one reserved parking spot and one unmarked first come, first served parking spot. Maximum vehicle height is 6'7". No trailer parking is permitted on premises.
Host fee of $249 represents $180 for departure cleaning and $69 for damage protection coverage.
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted personally by a member of the property management team. Guests will be given a tour of the building, amenities and the private condominium residence. Should any questions arise or you need assistance during your stay, you will be provided with contact information for the property management team. The building concierge is also available from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday for questions pertaining to the building amenities and common areas.
This is a private condominium residence. You are expected to treat the property and residence with proper care and respect! Should any problem arise during your stay, upon notification, we will take swift action to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction and enjoyment during your stay is our priority!

Our stay was really nice. Bill was great. The condo was beautiful. The only thing that could have made it any better is if it was oceanfront.

Bill was an incredibly kind and responsive owner. The parking was easy and simple. I made a nice during storms to be able to park underneath. The location is incredibly convenient. We enjoyed Bill and all he offers. The extra things offered in the storage closet for the pool toys and chairs were incredible. Our stay was wonderful and we made a wonderful memories.
