About this house rental
Welcome to my charming bungalow in North Charleston! Relax in our hot tub that fits 6! Drive 10 minutes to Downtown Charleston, and 6 to 8 minutes to popular spots like Park Circle, Holy City Brewery and the North Charleston Coliseum. The kitchen is fully stocked. Enjoy great WiFi and a washer and dryer. TV in living room with complimentary Netflix and Disney+.There is a large yard with a fire pit and parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway.
The space

-No tampering with the Supply Closet- $500 fine
-Hot Tub Cover must be put back on after use in order to keep in clean and make sure no debris falls into it. If it is left off there will be a $200 fine.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has 828 square feet. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, second bedroom has a full sized bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds. There is also a queen sized air matress available for use. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of glassware, as well as pots, pans, etc. The bathroom has a shower with excellent water pressure. The home is professionally cleaned between each guest and is sparkling clean. There is a large yard with a hot tub and the driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars. There is no room for RVs, buses, trailers, etc.
Guest access
You have access to the entire home, as well as the backyard. You can bring up to 3 cars. Check-in is between 3pm and Check-out is by 10AM. Any early check in or late check outs must be requested and we will accommodate to the best of our ability.

We were in town for work. I picked this house for location to job. It was close to other attractions as well. It didnt have a washer and dryer but we were only here for a few days.

The property was updated and clean (the bathroom off the kitchen had a small shower, though). The owner was very responsive to my texts (when we arrived and when we left).Having not been to the area and being unfamiliar with neighborhoods, I was surprised how run down the area is. Honestly, we didn’t spend much time there as we were exploring beautiful Charleston (highly recommend a carriage ride and harbor cruise!). Our first night in the house, we heard gunshots. The second night, we heard a loud car racing through the neighborhood.I hope there is a restoration of the area in the future, because the house itself was decent - clean and well supplied.

This was a very well renovated home. Very spacious for a group of 4 and could have accommodated more. Everything was very clean and well kept!
