Charming 2 bedroom cottage situated in the heart of Winchelsea and only a short stroll to the local shops and pub. Winchelsea is a beautiful town with lots to see and surrounded by plenty of country walking/cycling routes to enjoy.The 2 storey property has 2 good size bedrooms, 1 with a King bed and 1 with a double. There is also a single daybed situated in the living area, sleeping 5 in total....
The 2 storey property has 2 good size bedrooms, 1 with a King bed and 1 with a double. There is also a single daybed situated in the living area, sleeping 5 in total. The living room is very cosy and ideal for evenings in front of the TV after a long day of exploring whilst enjoying the heat and crackle from the log burner. The spacious kitchen includes everything you need to cook for the family including cooker, microwave, dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery. The family shower room is located on the first floor, with a separate toilet on the ground floor.
The private garden includes outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying some relaxing time in the sunshine.

This property is every bit as good as it looks in the pictures and we loved staying here, it was to a high standard all round, very cosy and had everything we needed. As an alternative to Rye, Winchelsea is an excellent alternative if not better option as it’s much more like a tranquil village than a town. As long as you check the opening times the pub, shop and tea room have all you need. The property is located on a short lane but parking on the road at one end was no problem and very close. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

A very well decorated and furnished house, in a lovely village with a very nice shop and pub.
With plenty of pease and quiet, a great place to stay.
