This accommodation is offered exclusively for short-term rentals, intended for justified temporary stays. The apartment is located in the Salamanca neighborhood. It has been recently renovated and restored. The decor is clean, modern, fresh, and relaxing. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a washer-dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, and microwave. The living and dining areas are spacious and bright, with enough seating for everyone. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms complete with rain showers. The balcony doors and windows are new, including electric roller shutters to reduce noise and light, and air conditioning and heating units in each space.
There is no elevator; you must go down stairs.

It is mandatory to take out the trash regularly and prevent it from accumulating in the apartment during your stay.

The apartment was clean, the location was great and very close to transit. Madrid public transit is awesome so we easily got where we needed to go. We took advantage of the proximity to the Retiro (we’ve got two little kids who especially loved the peacocks)! The Wizink Plaza was so close, and a great place for kids to play while grown ups get a drink! There was also a lot of great shopping nearby, both at Corte Ingles as well as smaller shops. The only problem was that some of the air conditioning units didn’t work (one didn’t make it cold, and two of the units leaked). I’m an American who loves air conditioning (and it was over 90 degrees Fahrenheit while we were there), so I would have appreciated more reliable air conditioning. But if you don’t care as much about it as me, you’re fine! Overall great place, I just hope they get the air conditioners fixed.

Decent “bajo” apartment, which means it is below street level, but not necessarily a basement. Great neighborhood in a great location with access to everything. The property itself was almost 10/10 except there was a significant mold issue that I uncovered towards the end of my stay, due to a smell in the main room (which they tried to brush off as not mold), but there wasn’t much left to do with 1 or 2 nights left in my stay. When I was checking in and given the keys, the person receiving us led us to understand as if it was sketchy for the neighbors of the building, that we were staying there. That being said, we never felt sketchy in the building, enjoyed our stay, and would come back with these issues being addressed

The apartment is really well located. It is a walking distance from parque el retiro, and the Metro (parada Goya) is very convenient to go to anywhere in Madrid. The apparent is suitable for a family of 6, it is well equipped with modern appliances and it looks like it is newly renovated. We highly recommend it.
