About this villa rental
The vacation home "Vistas del Mar" is located in Playa Blanca and boasts a beautiful view of the Atlantic. The 140 m² property consists of a living room, a dining room decorated with antiques from the East, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Two of the bathrooms have a shower, while the one connected to the master bedroom has a whirlpool bath. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The accommodation offers a private outdoor space with a pool, a garden and flower oasis, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The property is situated 3.5 km from the town centre, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants as well as car and bike rental shops. In addition, a grocery shop, public transport links and a tennis court are located within walking distance.
A parking space is available on the property.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
The property has a very wide collection of over 100 books in English, Spanish and German.
Air conditioning is not available.
The property has step-free access and interior, the doors are wide and easy to access.

This villa is ideal for families - it has 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a large open living/kitchen space leading straight onto the garden/pool area. We had everything we needed in the villa and the owner ensured we were settled and knew how to use everything on arrival. She was very considerate, sending us lots of links to activities and restaurants, many of which we followed. She was also flexible with our arrival and departure times ensuring we had an easy checkin and checkout. Any questions we had were promptly dealt with and it made for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.The villa itself is in a quiet area within a walk of a small supermarket and a short drive of everything else we needed.We’d definitely recommend to other families looking for an easy, relaxing stay in Lanzarote.

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
Susana was very helpful with advice and recommendations and she quickly responded to any queries that we had.
The house is in a quiet area on the outskirts of Playa Blanca underneath Montaña Roja but still close to all services and amenities in the main resort.
We would definitely stay here again if we were in this area and would recommend to family and friends.
