Clean and very well appointed. Perfect neighborhood with restaurants and everything close. Do take Bus 13 if not driving. Can reach all major events and attractions easily. Piers close just need to line up transportation if not driving. A lot with 1 - 2 miles!!

Charming, small older home in the heart of Queen Anne. Walkable to shops, coffee, food and even a farmers market. Perfect spot for my family of 4. Pikes place was only a 7min drive, not quite walkable for the family, but a fit couple could easily make the trek. Would 100% stay here again.

This was a very conveniently located property in Queen Anne. Could walk to lots of restaurants and shops and then easily navigate the city!I wish the pictures would have been more accurate- especially with the bathroom- you literally have a sink in your face when you sit down and the shower had no water pressure and took forever to get hot water- I hate writing negative stuff but I wish someone would have mentioned this in reviews as the bathroom is a key factor for me. After one shower, I could not do another. The property is also located in an alley and is very dated- the dumpsters and people walking by were extremely loud as well and it felt like they were in the house.The owner was very responsive and kind.
