The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers this charming 42 m² flat with mountain views for rent in La Bresse, which can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom.
The accommodation comprises
- A 24 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and a single bunk bed
- A shower room with shower and WC
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 20 m² balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather
The flat is ideally located in La Bresse, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Complex with swimming pool and bowling alley,
- Nearby cinema
- Just outside La Bresse leisure park (Bol d'air aventure)
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage, more parking spaces are available on the pavement opposite and free parking behind the building.
