PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. *Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.*
POOL: Please note that the pool is not heated, but does get full sun during the day.
DOCK/BOATS: The dock is approximately 15ft and has a ladder. There are low bridges to reach the main waterways with only about 6ft of clearance depending on the tides.
DISCLAIMER: Depth of the canals and channels vary depending on tides, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control. At times this can result in a water level that is too low to support watercraft. It is the responsibility of the guest to review forecasts and make alternate arrangements for watercraft as necessary.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. Absolutely perfect. We'd definitely stay there again. Beautiful island home with 3 bedrooms, two full baths. Very nicely decorated and clean. Master was gorgeous. 4 TVs throughout the house. Well stocked kitchen with appliances, pans, utensils, microwave, toaster, and a beloved Keurig! Complete wrap around deck! Great pool, and dock area with lights at night. Quite neighbors. Just a hop, skip, and a jump to the town of Anna Maria. Grocery store, shops, and restaurants. We spent a lot of our non beach time there. Short walk to the north, Bean Point Beach.Loved it!!!!

Overall, great property with updated interior. Tucked away but walking distance to beaches and pine street. The one major complaint is the lack of beach amenities (chairs, umbrella, etc) and the furniture at the pool and off the first floor on the patio. There wasn’t enough for my family of 5.Thank you,Pat
