This cozy sanctuary boasts 2 full bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a huge gravel driveway that has gated, a fully fenced backyard with a hot tub and SO much more. With lightening fast fiber wifi and two standing desks, there is no better place to work throughout the day and enjoy the backyard after work. I put my heart and soul into this house transforming it from one of the most run down in the area to its current condition. (Be sure to read the neighborhood description so you understand where the property is located)

Exterior/ Driveway+ Garage:
1. The garage door size is 7' High and 9' Wide so take this into account if your vehicle will fit
2. The driveway is completely gated with a roll galvanized gate. It does take a little bit of some muscle too move with it being on a gravel driveway but I have tired to make it as smooth as possible
3. The front yard is also fully fenced.

-GUEST ACCESS-
You have access to the entire property. No space is shared. I do keep my Airstream parked on the property. I am working on renovating the inside but it is a project for later :).

PET RULES:

We allow (2) pets ! Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow pets in furniture or on rugs, housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your pets.

Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
