This is a three bedroom house on a quiet residential road with two double beds and a single bed.
A very comfortable downstairs living layout with sofas, dining table and well equipped kitchen.
The enclosed back garden is pleasant.
Patio doors to front and rear allow a lovely breeze to flow through the house and you can choose to sit on patios at front or rear seeking sun or shade depending on your preference.
A single car parking space in front of the garage and on street parking adjacent to the house is convenient if additional car necessary.
The local Carrefour supermarket is 2 minutes walk and small but well stocked.
Asnelles is a lovely quiet village close to Gold beach, an easy walk from the house of about 6 minutes. A lovely place to stay and an excellent base to explore Normandy and D-Day history.
The British Memorial at Ver sur Mer is especially moving.

This is lovely modern house equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is great ( gas & induction rings). The area is totally quiet. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. Who could ask for anything more?
