The house was clean and exactly as pictured. The host is very responsive. The ac resets the temperature during the night so if you like to be cool when you sleep that can be annoying.

Well this was an adventure to say the least... I'll start by sharing that we enjoyed the location and size of the property. We rented to host Thanksgiving for the inlaws so, the space was wonderful for that. Contacted property manager regarding the television, the ONLY one in the house was stuck in spanish with no working remote to change channels much less settings. Sooooo, no tv Wednesday or Thursday (no Thanksgiving day football is beyond unamerican!). Friday, a tv was delivered by maintenance but i was required to login to my own roku, netflix, etc. In that 2 day period, i requested a radio for something resembling normalcy in our never silent world... she texted me an app for my phone. My grandson and a couple nephews were in for a visit and i asked where the ball was for the foosball table, she told me to go to the nearest dollar store. I mentioned this being a listed amenity and the retort was... we didn't claim it'd be complete or functional.
Oh and at check in, the housekeeper was there until 2 hours after check in... 90 minutes of that time, we were sitting in the yard, waiting but there were clear expectations for us to be out by 11 with no offer of extension. Nice little layer of icing on the cake... an hour after we settle in, a knock comes at the door with a HUGE sign that says dont use thos door. Well, i head around from the approved entry to find 4 adults and a child, 3 of which were male requesting a tour... out of letters but it did not meet standards.
