This super cute beach cottage offers guests 2 beautiful bedrooms (1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Queen with 1 Twin Bedroom), a spacious living area with sleeper sofa, a well stocked kitchen and dining with plenty of seating, and 2 beautiful bathrooms! Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities for cooking and baking. The 2 bedrooms (1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Queen, and Twin Bedroom with private bath) are cozy and comfortable, with soft, luxurious bedding and plenty of natural light. The two bathrooms are sleek and modern, with stylish fixtures and plenty of storage space for towels and toiletries. You will also enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer and high-speed internet access for those who have to work on vacation.
Outside, guests can take advantage of a private deck overlooking the towering palm trees. Kenna's Kabana is also near the beach (easily walkable, or rent a golf cart).

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

The house was very comfortable and cute. We came down on a chilly weekend and the little fireplace created a great ambiance. The house is right off a beach access road so it was a quick trip to the beach!

The property was located in a very nice area. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and bars. Very clean and stocked well with everyday needs. Felt very secure in the area. Very nice.

Pros: close walk to the beach, can hear the waves from the porch. Very clean property, hosts were quick to respond. Only a few stairs to climb compared to others in the area. Cons: unreliable WiFi, 4 people could not get a signal at the same time. Would not recommend if you need constant internet. No oven mitts, sounds unimportant until you’re cooking. The dryer takes forever to dry clothes. Overall, I would recommend

The house was awesome, easy to check in and out, although we wanted early check in and were willing to pay, but were told “you can’t” without maybe a later time or a reason why. Bring your own soap and kitchen soap, they provide it but it’s not amazing. An easy fix there. We never got the TV in the front room to work. Overall, amazing, beds are comfy, air is cold, cute little house, bathrooms are great… we will be back for sure!!!
