The coastal interior is absolutely stunning and the outdoors offers everything you would expect with a pool, ping-pong table, fire pit (bring wood), corn hole, bar cart, outdoor shower, grill, cooler and plenty of sitting and relaxing space. Monte Kristeaux Port A Beach House is located in the highly desired Old Town Port Aransas, right off Alister, which is a main road through Port Aransas that leads to the beach and all of the hottest spots in town, including some of the best restaurants in the state, shopping, live music, entertaining, and much more. Monte Kristeaux is also just a few blocks to the beach, a little farther than walking distance if you are toting beach bags and beach chairs, so it's best to rent a golf cart or a bike or take your car unless you're just going for a walk!

This brand-new home was built in 2020 and offers a complete farmhouse coastal combination design to hold your attention for your entire stay! Most everyone comes for the beach and fishing, but this beach house will keep you returning just to stay here!
Sleeping 10 comfortably, it's perfect for friends and family to make the best Port A memories! Parking is available for 4 vehicles or golf carts. There is also boat parking on the rocks in front of the fence.
You'll be welcomed through the gate with a beautiful outdoor space which includes a beautiful cocktail pool, a fire pit, a ping pong table (bring your paddles and balls), boards and bags game (corn hole), a gorgeous half bathroom with an outdoor shower, a fire pit with chairs, an outdoor sofa, grill, cooler, and party lights to make your evenings perfect at Monte Kristeaux!
You'll never want to leave this gorgeous outdoor space, but when you do, you'll enter the house upstairs into a beautiful coastal finish, including some farmhouse looks with shiplap, wood flooring, quartz counters, open shelving, a well-stocked kitchen with all of the pots, pans, dishes, to prep, cook, serve and dine for 10 people easily! The dining space is complemented with bar stools at the center kitchen island so everyone can be part of the kitchen, dining, and living space.
The living space includes a sofa, side chairs, plenty of windows to take in the palm trees in your view, and a flat-screen TV.
The 4 bedrooms consist of a king bedroom with a private en suite bathroom and closet, a queen bedroom with a private en suite bathroom and closet. Both bedrooms have access to the private balcony to watch the stunning sunsets! The 2 additional bedrooms consist of 4 twins, built-in bunk bed style with closet in 1. The other 1 has 2 twins in built-in bunk bed style with a work desk underneath, just in case work calls while you are on vacation.
There is a hallway bathroom for the 2 bunk rooms and your guests. There is also a washer & dryer closet in the kitchen/dining area for guest use.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

This place worked out perfectly for me and the group that was staying there. Plenty of room for everyone didn't feel crowded. As for the pool/hot tub was not clean but honestly we weren't going to use it any way

The property was clean and check in was easy. My only issue was the pool appeared larger in the photos of the property. This was a very relaxing trip and it was nice to spend time with friends. Definitely would stay again.

Closer to the beach than we thought which gave us so many convienences with the grandkids. Pool area was perfect to enjoy with everyone and outside shower was a hit!

My family and I enjoyed the place for the most part.It was enough space for 7 of us. When we got there we were disappointed to see that the private pool was dirty and then learned that it was not working and we couldn't use it. We rented this particular place because it had a private pool and then come to find out we were not able to use it was disappointing. I was not notified in any way ahead of time about the pool not being available nor did it give that information on the website. The place was nice and clean, but there were a couple of things we contacted about. One of the covers on one of the beds had blood on it, which was quickly picked up by someone and taken care of. One of bathroom tubs had a slow drain. On the day of check out the smoke alarms went off when there was no smoke in the place. I was able to call for assistance. I do appreciate that I was able to contact someone and they were able to help when needed.
