Casa Bosque's distinctive U-shaped architecture offers a truly unique experience. The front door serves as the gateway to the outdoor courtyard, a focal point connecting every area of the home. Each bedroom is conveniently accessible through keyed entryways opening onto the courtyard, ensuring both privacy and easy navigation. On the opposite side of the courtyard, the kitchen, living room, dining area, and fourth bedroom enjoy their own secluded entrances, providing further privacy and autonomy for each space.

Casa Bosque offers versatile sleeping arrangements with two bedrooms featuring both King and Twin beds, while the other two bedrooms offer Queen and Twin beds. With a total of eight beds, the villa comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests. The strategic layout ensures privacy and tranquility, as 3 of the bedrooms are situated separately from the kitchen and living room, which are located on the opposite side of the courtyard. This design allows guests to enjoy undisturbed relaxation, whether others are starting their day with morning coffees or unwinding with evening cocktails.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire gated and fenced property, ensuring privacy and seclusion. There are no shared spaces with neighboring properties. Casa Bosque features a private pathway leading directly to the beach, accessible only to guests staying in the home. The courtyard and pool area are reserved solely for guests' use, offering a tranquil retreat. Parking is conveniently located within the property premises, secured behind a locked gate and reserved exclusively for Casa Bosque guests. Owners live part-time in the little casita next door to the main house, however, the only thing shared is the driveway. The entire property of Casa Bosque is private and dedicated solely to the guests.
