Our recently renovated, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo with a chic Tahoe vibe awaits you. Your vacation home features handcrafted American-made beds with luxurious mattresses to help you drift into a restful sleep. Your vacation home includes A full-size kitchen with all the essentials to prepare a picnic lunch for a day at the lake or a gourmet dinner for a quiet evening at home. Centrally located in Incline Village, you are within walking distance of anything you need: grocery stores, burgers and breweries, coffee shops, local restaurants, boutique shopping, and more.
Enjoy the many outdoor activities in the Lake Tahoe area: hiking the majestic Sierra, swimming and picnicking at a Sand Harbor beach, fly fishing on the Truckee River, or skiing the many world-class ski resorts around Lake Tahoe. During the ski season, you can pick up a free shuttle to Diamond Peak Ski Resort at Village Ski Loft (located just down the street). No matter what season you plan your visit, you’ll feel right at home during your Incline Village getaway!
The condo: Your condo includes two bedrooms, a full bath, a half bath, a full-size kitchen, a washer and dryer, two patios, and a cozy living room. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials for your stay. High-speed WiFi for taking video calls and streaming videos for your whole group. There are TVs in every room ready to stream your favorite shows.
Guest access: We offer self-check-in with a keyless entry keypad. One vehicle is permitted to park in the assigned covered structure.
Security cameras: We have two security cameras; these security cameras are focused on the entryway and carport and are intended to help maintain your security while enjoying your stay.
Guests: Only the guests confirmed on the Vrbo reservation are allowed on the property.
Pets: To accommodate people who may have allergies to pets, we are keeping this home pet-free. The pet policy is a no-exception policy.
Snow Season: Incline Village is known for accumulating large amounts of snow. We recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles. Our HOA provides a plow service that will clear the common areas and driveways. A private service will take care of clearing snow from the walkways. If additional snow removal help is needed, don't hesitate to contact us. Please note: there is no parking on the public street in front of the condo during the snow season. Weather conditions can change rapidly. We are not responsible for any weather-related arrival or departure delays. In the event of a severe winter storm, our cancellation policy still stands.
Cleaning Fee: The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning (bedding and laundry, all surfaces, floors, snow removal, etc.). For excessive messes, additional cleaning fees may be incurred (e.g., excessive dishes, soiled or stained furniture, beds, carpeting, etc.)

This condo exceded my expectations. It felt like home. Clean, quite and everthing I needed was available in the condo. Beautifully decorated and convenient location. Jessica was very responsive to my questions. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We had a great time staying at this property. We found it to be beautifully decorated and very clean. Had everything we needed and very close to diamond peak ski resort. Also, covered parking is a bonus - especially during snow season! Perfect for our family of four.
