๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Mandatory: the dog must be sterilized
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on the furniture, nor access the rooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise pollution for neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog excrement at all times, in case of default a fee will be charged.
๏ Guests must vacuum at the end of their stay. (Floors, couch etc.)

This is a wonderful place for large families. Well worth the price and had a fully stocked kitchen, clean beds, lots of games and indoor things to do and a great hot tub. There are some things in the house that need attention such as organization and cleanliness of the kitchen drawers and items such as pots and pans as well as an urgent need for the outdoor stairs up to the patio to be repaired. The host was not super responsive and did not send the check in info on time but other than that we had a great stay.
