Constructed in 2022- Designed with key Southern and European architectural features, the Porch house has all elements functional design and sophistication. Only one mile from the Sanctuary Hotel and bike paths to beach access. The perfect retreat for families or couples. Gourmet chefs' kitchen and scullery, open living space floor plan, guest ensuites, laundry room and large deck with plunge pool.
