About this house rental
Welcome to this amazing Lowcountry style home located in Wild Dunes Resort, this home offers with a private pool and is just a short walk to the ocean!
As your enter your will step into and open and spacious living room filled with plush seating where all can gather. Just off the living room is an amazing gourmet kitchen with everything you need for entertaining including a gas stove, subzero refrigerator/freezer, an oversized kitchen island that seats six, granite counter-tops, hardwood floors, and a large pantry. In the dining room there is a large dining table that seats 10.
Just off the living room, you’ll step onto a large screened in porch with outdoor seating and dining that overlooks the pool oasis. Off the screen porch there are stairs leading down to the private swimming pool with water fall feature and built in seating/spa (does not heat). The pool deck connects to a covered outdoor shower situated in-between the two car garage and the ground floor indoor space.
The ground floor level consists of a bonus room with comfortable seating and pool table for family fun time and a large bedroom with one king and two twin beds.
The main sleeping quarters on the top floor are comprised of the grand primary bedroom that includes a king sized bed, a fireplace, a sitting desk, and the primary bathroom complete with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a wraparound vanity. Apart from the primary bedroom there are 2 other bedrooms; one with another king bed and the final bedroom has two queen sized beds. Also located on this floor is a large laundry room with utility sink. There is a TV in each bedroom.
Wild Dunes Resort is a private gated resort that offers two of the most scenic golf courses in South Carolina, the Links Course and the Harbor Course. Dine out at one of our many on-property restaurants offering everything from seafood to Southern staples. Head to downtown Charleston to soak in the beauty, history, culture and cuisine of the city. And of course, enjoy the beautiful Isle of Palms beach.

We have been coming to IOP for 30+ years and this house, by far, is the best we’ve rented! We have a big family and this house has so much space for all. The screened in porch overlooking the pool was fantastic as well. Home was comfortable and so beautiful. Has everything (and more!) including 2 24 qt seafood boil pots, a small crock pot, platters, etc. The beds were comfortable and all bedrooms have their own bathroom (except the 1st floor bedroom’s bathroom is not attached to the bedroom but it is a full bathroom). There are some beach chairs for use, spike ball, bocce and som pool noodles too. Island realty was great to work with and maintenance fixed a small issue very quickly. Definitely will stay here again. Close to the beach and a beautiful backyard pool. We loved it!

The house was beautiful, more than enough space. Its was clean and very welcoming. The kitchen was amazing. We cooked dinner for 8 people several nights, lots of space with everything thing you need to cook and serve a great meal. The screen patio was so nice to sit and enjoy your breakfast in the morning or play games at night. The big front porch with the rockers was so relaxing, enjoyed my coffee out there several mornings. The bedrooms were all big with plenty of closet space. It was really nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool was great! It was a little chilly but it didn't stop us from enjoying several relaxing pool days. It was only a short walk to the beach which was really great. Overall the house was amazing and we would rent there again. Island Realty checked on our stay several times through out the week. They were very quick to response to any of our questions or small problems. Very easy to work with would rent from them again.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this rental. The house was very clean and easily accommodated our family of eight. We liked having a property with a pool so when we were tired of the beach, we could hang out at the pool. The walk to the beach is very easy and the bike/walking path in the complex is very nice. Overall, I would recommend this rental.
