This bright and spacious two bedroom apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and desirable areas of Recoleta just a few blocks Recoleta Cemetery and very close to many of the city’s green spaces.
The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedrooms contain two twins, and there is one full bathrooms. The flat has a hall entrance, large living-dining room with a comfortable sofas and a dining table that seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a breakfast nook and there is a nice balcony with a park view. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, cable TV, a DVD player, fridge with freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishes, kitchenware, linens and towels.
Lot's of shopping, dining and wining are available in Recoleta.
Together with some sections of the neighboring communities of Retiro and Recoleta, Palermo forms a part of the area known as Barrio Norte, Buenos Aires, a traditional residential zone for the city’s most affluent families, where a great portion of the cultural life of the city is concentrated.
From the balcony you will enjoy the view of the Botanical Garden. The apartment is a few blocks away from the Rosedal. Walking distance from a great restaurant and bar in a boulevard with many other gastronomic options to enjoy. A block away is a supermarket.
My place is close to Cementerio de la Recoleta, Palacio Duhau - Park Hyatt Buenos Aires, La Biela, Alvear Palace Hotel Patio Bullrich, Alto Palermo Shopping Center. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the comfy bed, the light, the outdoors space, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

The apartment is located in one of the most fancy and well established neighborhoods of Buenos Aires! (Super safe neighborhood). Also, you have several restaurants nearby and supermarket in the corner! (Definitely a plus plus). The owner, Mateo was always nice and very hands-on in whatever we needed. We would definitely recommend this place or will use it again in the future!

Great location in a safe upscale neighborhood. Great for shopping and many dining options. Close to many grocery stores and a lovely park for exercise - walking and jogging.
The downside - the apartment was not properly prepared for tenants.
- The apartment was dusty with dog hair in the living room and kitchen. I could write my name in the dust on the furniture - I took a photo and sent it to the property managers I had to wipe out all of the drawers in the bedroom because when I first put my clothes in they were covered in dust. Even the hangers in the closets had to be wiped because of the dust.
- The AC in the living room was not working after the 1st night; I was there for 7 nights; I was told that parts had to be ordered for the repair.
- There was only one light bulb working in the master bedroom - I was unable to read; they were replaced on day 2
- There were only 2 mugs for coffee provided even though my reservation was for 3 adults.
- There was no toaster or ironing board when I arrived . They were provided the next day after I notified management.
- The TV was unplugged and stored in a closet in the bedroom. It was set up and connected properly the next day after I complained.
- It was difficult to get the hot water to work properly when taking showers.
I found these unacceptable especially when I paid my money up front with not chance for a refund.
