La ubicación. Está a media hora andando de la estación de Sao Bento. Además, el barrio es súper tranquilo. Por otro lado, el anfitrión es muy atento. Ha estado pendiente de todo lo que necesitábamos. Otro punto bueno es el aparcamiento. Tiene una plaza (descubierta) junto al apartamento, lo cual nos vino genial para no estar pendiente del coche y tenerlo a buen recaudo.
No tiene calefacción, y por la noche refrescaba y se notaba. Pero tiene nórdicos y mantas de sobra

Nicely located cosy place. We travelled by car and it was very convenient to have a parking space (although it is for extra cost). Everything you need for a short or long stay (washing machine, equipped kitchen ). AC works well so you are safe during the hot summer days.

Not enough towels for our stay. Was not advertised as only 2 free washing machine usage

La terraza esta sin terminar y fuera de la casa no hay ni numero ni nombre de la casa. No esta bien señalizada
