I stayed for one month and was happy overall. It is a room with amenities for everyday living, located inside a staffed, secure residential building. The building also has facial recognition sensors for opening the entrance to the lifts and for using the lifts themselves. The condo is small, but it was sufficient for me as a solo traveler. The location is not too close to the walking street, but not too far away either. The staff were polite and respectful. One thing you need to keep in mind is that the price does not include utility usage. Because of that, the host requires you to pay 5,000 Baht. The staff also ask you to read the house rules and sign a few pages of paperwork (including the start and end dates of the rental, how much of a deposit was paid, an acknowledgment that you understand the rules, etc.). Nothing scary—just be prepared for it. :)

I wish the shower room had a door or curtain to prevent water from splashing into the bathroom area, but unfortunately, these designs have become very common and are usually hard to avoid. Everything else was fine.

Die Abartment sind sehr knapp bemessen Küchenudensilien sehr schlampig Bettwäschetausch sehr korrekt (danke). Muste drotz dopp Sauberkeit bei übergabe1000 Bath bezahlen.
