Appartamento compatto ma funzionale e completo dell'essenziale
La posizione dell'alloggio è strategica, vicinissima contemporaneamente al centro ed al mare, situato comunque in zona defilata e quindi lontana dai rumori della vita notturna, si raggiunge l'ingresso del condominio attraversando una via secondaria utilizzata in gran parte come zona esterna di ristorazione, talvolta il transito non è agevole.

Vicinanza ai negozi, alla spiaggia, aria condizionata che era indispensabile in una settimana molto calda
Niente internet (siamo nel 2026…) Scaldabagno che perdeva e doccia scomoda e vecchia Padelle in cucina col rivestimento antiaderente tutto scorticato che fa male alla salute cucinarci e altro pentolame con l’unto, credo, degli inquilini precedenti! Struttura nel complesso vecchiotta e da rinnovare un po’ in tutto Passaggio tra i tavoli del ristorante sotto non è il massimo… ***Ma la cosa più disturbante È STATA MANDARE LA SIGNORA DELLE PULIZIE ALLE 8,45 (QUANDO DOVEVAMO USCIRE ALLE 9,30) A SUONARE IL CAMPANELLO E SICCOME STAVAMO ANCORA DORMENDO E NON ABBIAMO APERTO PROVAVA AD APRIRE LA PORTA CON INSISTENZA CON LE CHIAVI E CON LA MANIGLIA, ROVA DA MATTI!!!!
