Petit Paradis au milieu des Rizières. Personnel adorable toujours en recherche de solutions. Vue de la piscine et des chambres sur la rizière époustouflante. Très bons masseurs au spa. Séance de yoga de très bonne qualité.

Certains plats pourraient être plus raffinés. Sortie vélo un peu stressante car dénivelé important et vélos pas franchement adaptés.

Amazing small scale hotel, with great views towards the sea in the distance and the rice fields close by. The main swimming pool was greatly placed for this view as well. We had a private villa with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pool. The pool was great as you could swim from one bathroom to the other. The pool was lit up at night so we even went for a swim after dinner. The living room and kitchen and bathrooms are Bali-open air, with airco and doors that can be closed to the bedrooms. The bedrooms come with klamboe which make the beds very cozy and bug free. The food was amazing, both room service as well as the restaurant. Very tasty, perfectly priced and brought to you with a big smile. Also really nice because it is so small is that the staff really gets to know you, even if you only stay one night. Our son ordered pizza without tomato for lunch (as room service) and since it was so tasty he wanted to order it again for dinner. As soon as we started to say: and for him a pizza… they finished the sentence: without tomato! In the evening we got free cocktails as it was Happy Hour and from 19 there was really nice live music at the pool area (for the first time in Bali it was actually nice and not too loud). The ordered Balinese Massages for everyone, which were great value for money. Also nice for our kids (age 16 and 14); the ladies were very good at making this a great experience for them.

The only think I would say is maybe the price. Yes, you do have your own villa with pool and excellent hotel staff and food, but for Balinese standards the price is a bit on the high end. Worth every penny though, but I think you could find similar on Bali for less money (looking at where we stayed other nights). Having said this, you would pay so much more for this in Europe so we cannot really complain! 😊
