Everything about Avocado House is excellent.
Brand newly built with aircon and no mould.
Perfect little kitchen and bathrooms.
Agus, the owner was incredibly helpful and kind.
It was clean, well taken care of and quiet.
You can walk into the rice fields at the end of the garden. There are cameras for security and Agus was there most days for the watering and the chickens.
Just to note - you want to be really confident on a motorbike because the path to get there is very narrow and broken in places. This meant to was also very secluded and felt very safe and quiet.
The cleaning schedule was a bit confusing, maybe they didn’t have a consistent cleaner yet. It was always on a different day and time. It would be helpful to know it was every Tuesday and Saturday at this time, for example. Agus always texted me when they would clean but I didn’t know in advance to plan around not being there.
The cleaning was always excellent.
