El tamaño del piso, lo bien equipado y limpio que estaba. Buena ubicación para disfrutar de la ría y del centro.
El acceso al piso tenía que ser por el garaje porque no funcionaba la llave del portal, y con un bebé era un poco incómodo, pero nada grave.
