We really enjoyed our stay here. We had good communication from the host Claudia. Checking in and out were really simple. The flat was well equipped, we had everything we needed. We loved the little touch of tea and coffee which makes a place feel welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped - pots/pans/kettle, utensils, basic cupboard salt/pepper/oil, tea towels, placemats, dishwashing liquid and sponge, bin liners, etc. It made cooking on holiday possible. Location is also amazing!
The bin collections stressed me, but that was fine. Just follow what the rest of the street is doing. :)

Das Apartment hat eine unschlagbare Lage miten in der Innenstadt, umgeben von Geschäften, Cafés, Restaurants etc. Wir hatten alles, was man braucht und es war sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Claudia war super, wir haben viele Infos bekommen und auch kleine Erklärvideos, z. B. zum Parkplatz. Check-in und Check-out waren auch easy. Wir würden hier definitiv wieder herkommen, wenn wir Urlaub am Comer See machen.
Das Sofa und das Bett haben schon recht stark nachgegeben, also eher etwas schwierig falls man Rückenprobleme hat. Das ist der einzige Verbesserungspunkt, fanden wir aber nicht weiter schlimm.
