The apartment is in a very convenient location, with Acton Town Underground Station and several bus routes just a short walk away, making it easy to get around London. There are also plenty of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and traditional pubs nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. This apartment is on a very quiet street which was great. The beds in each bedroom are excellent, as are the wardrobes including full length mirror. Very good supply of towels. Great to have a dishwasher and the kitchen had some tea, sugar, salt etc. Good supply of kitchen utensils. The check-in process was straightforward and the property served as a good base. Late check-out was ideal!

Unfortunately, there were a number of issues during our stay. The washer-dryer did not work, which was particularly challenging for a family of five during a heatwave. Although maintenance attended twice, it took three days before a laundry service was arranged and paid for. A special mention and big thank you to Marco, who worked hard throughout the process and showed great patience and professionalism in helping to resolve the situation. Other issues included: The toaster repeatedly tripped the electricity supply for the entire apartment, making it unusable. The shower heads in both bathrooms were not properly supported, making showering difficult. The property had two irons, but neither functioned properly, both leaked substantial amounts of water onto clothing during use, making ironing more of a chore than it usually is. One of the bedroom blinds was broken and could not be rolled up, significantly limiting the natural light in the room. We couldn't open the windows in the main bedroom. One of the fridge door shelves was only supported on one side and would fall out whenever items were placed in it. I would not recommend the sofa bed for adults, as it was not particularly comfortable, it may be acceptable for a teenager for a short stay, but most adults are likely to find it unsuitable. Water stains on the ceiling caused by a leak from the property above, and constant noise from upstairs. The garden is overgrown and looked very different from the photographs advertised online. Some of the furniture shown in the listing photographs is not the same as the furniture currently in the apartment, which contributed to a different overall impression on arrival. We also felt that the apartment appeared considerably smaller in reality than the impression given by the listing photos.

Excelente Ubicación, muy cerca de un súper, muy cerca de la línea del metro que te lleva a todas partes incluyendo el aeropuerto. La atención fue de maravilla, llegamos muy temprano y se nos permitió entrar con anticipación, la casa estaba lista y en grandes condiciones. Sin duda nos volveríamos a quedar aquí.
