The house is a bit old and could use some maintenance here and there.
However, the place is big, it's clean, the mattresses are good and there are all items one could think of in the kitchen.
Calhau is a bit far away from the historical center but it is a nice neighborhood with a lot of shops and restaurants.
The owner was very helpful.

Casa ampla e confortável em São Luís, com 5 quartos, sendo 3 suítes, todos equipados com ar condicionado, toalhas e roupa de cama. Estávamos em 8 pessoas e nos acomodou muito bem.
A casa ainda conta com piscina e churrasqueira, o que fez nossa estadia ficar ainda melhor.
O proprietário foi muito solícito em todos os momentos. Recomendamos!
Nada que atrapalhou a estadia, mas seria interessante um ventilador na sala, pois a temperatura na cidade é muito alta.
